EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONS

Below you will find the application link for vendor space at Fountain City Con 2022 (currently scheduled for July 30-31, 2022). Please note that table space is limited and completion of the application DOES NOT guarantee you will receive space. Please note that all prices are subject to both KS state sales tax as well as a 3% PayPal invoice fee.

Artists Alley

8ft x 8ft IN-LINE SPACE...includes one 6ft table and two chairs (max. purchase qty. - 2).

Vendor Space (Two Options)

10ft x 10ft CORNER SPACE...(space only, tables and chairs provided by vendor). Max. purchase qty. - 4...(purchased as an island).

10ft x 10ft CORNER SPACE...(two 8' x 30" tables and 2 chairs provided by FCC). Max. purchase qty. - 4...(purchased as an island).

Vendors are limited to purchasing no more than four total spaces and are expected to stay within their assigned space, and not extend beyond.

The event will be held at the New Horizon Fieldhouse (551 New Century Parkway, New Century, KS 66031) from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday July 30, 2022 and from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday July 31, 2022. Friday load in will start at approximately 5:00pm and should be finished by 9:00pm. Saturday load in will start at 8:00am and should be finished by 9:45am. Load out will start at approximately 2:00pm (dependent on attendance) and must be completed by 4:00pm. *Please note: all times are subject to change.

If your application is accepted you will receive an email and a PayPal Invoice will be sent to the email address you provide. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Failure to meet payment deadline will result in the need to reapply for space. All vendor space is sold on a first paid, first served basis.

As a family friendly event, Fountain City prohibits the display or sale of any product of a pornographic or sexual nature. Fountain City also prohibits the sale of any weapons, real or realistic (certain exceptions will be made for “Nerf” style toys, and other items at the discretion of Fountain City staff). Should you be found in violation of this policy, you will be removed from the show and no refund of table fee will be given.
