EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Below you will find the application link for vendor space at Fountain City Con 2023 (currently scheduled for August 5-6, 2023). Please note that table space is limited and completion of the application DOES NOT guarantee you will receive space. All prices are subject to both KS state sales tax as well as a 3% PayPal invoice fee. All vendor spaces will be subject to a 12 ft height restriction.

Artists Alley

  • 8ft x 8ft IN-LINE SPACE…(includes (1) 6ft table, (2) chairs, and (2) artist alley badges). Price - $70 per space. Maximum purchase quantity - 2.

Vendor Space (Two Options)

  • 10ft x 10ft CORNER SPACE…*SOLD OUT*…(includes (2) 8' x 30" tables, (2) chairs, and (2) vendor badges). Price - $200 per space. Maximum purchase quantity - 4 (purchased as an island).

  • 8ft x 8ft IN-LINE SPACE…*SOLD OUT*(includes (1) 8’ x 30” table, (2) chairs, and (2) vendor badges). Price - $150 per space. Maximum purchase quantity - 3. Please note: A very limited number of in-line spaces will accommodate vendors who require electricity. Please indicate the need for electricity at the time of your application so FCC staff can work to provide such this service.

Vendors are limited to purchasing no more than four total spaces and are expected to stay within their assigned space, and not extend beyond.

The event will be held at the New Century Fieldhouse (551 New Century Parkway, New Century, KS 66031) from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday August 5, 2023 and from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday August 6, 2023. Please Note: All load-in/load-out times are subject to change at the discretion of FCC staff.

Friday load-in will start at approximately 4:00pm and should be finished by 8:00pm.

Saturday load-in will start at 8:00am and should be finished by 10:00am. Please Note: It is strongly advised that all vendors attempt to avail themselves of the Friday load-in times as FCC will be selling a limited number of “early bird” passes that will allow attendees to enter the show floor starting at 9:00am on Saturday.

Sunday supplemental load-in will start at 8:00am and should be finished by 10:00am. Please Note: It is strongly advised that all vendors be on the show floor by 9:00am as FCC will be selling a limited number of “early bird” passes that will allow attendees to enter the show floor starting at 9:30am on Sunday.

Sunday load-out will start at approximately 3:00pm (dependent on attendance) and must be completed by 6:30pm. *Please note: all times are subject to change.

If your application is accepted you will receive an email and a PayPal Invoice will be sent to the email address you provide. Payment is due within (7) days of invoice. Failure to meet payment deadline will result in the need to reapply for space. All vendor space is sold on a first paid, first served basis.

As a family friendly event, Fountain City prohibits the display or sale of any product of a pornographic/sexual nature, or of any weapons, (real or realistic…certain exceptions will be made for “Nerf” style toys, and other items at the discretion of Fountain City staff). Should you be found in violation of this policy, you will be removed from the show and no refund of table fee will be given.
